Crow Hill Designated Historic Place

On the heels of the landmarking of over 400 homes in Crown Heights North in 2007, and the pending designation of over 600 more homes in the neighborhood comes the following news from the Crow Hill Community Association:

We are happy to announce that the State Historic Preservation Office has deemed Crow Hill as eligible for Listing in the State and National Registers of Historic Places. This determination of eligibility renders property owners in the district eligible for our Historic Properties Fund loan program.  We will be sending a mailing out regarding these loans later this year.  This is not connected to our landmarking effort but it is beneficial for the community.

Please remember Tuesday is election day It is EXTREMELY important that Crown Heights is seen as a community that votes; make your voice heard and be counted!!!
